Raisin UK released a redesign - with an annoying bug

If you don't know what is Raisin.co.uk then probably you are not into investing or you never looked for a better interest rate for your savings.
Raisin UK is a saving marketplace in the UK but they have branches in other countries too, running by different financial rules as per each country where they exist.

In September 2025 Raisin.co.uk announced the use of a new design for their platform.

While the old website was intuitive and simple enough to use, the second one didn't come with big changes keeping pretty much the old structure, but it introduced a bug that me as a user I can see on my phone (the bug is not visible on my desktop too).

Hopefully they will see this article and address the bug, but until then let's document it here to make them proud of the attention they gave to the new design implementation.
In the end, this is a platform used by many users and the mobile devices are many times more used than devices with a large screen like a desktop or a laptop.

As I was saying, the bug is not visible on desktop, only on mobile, and I can only confirm for my mobile model which is a Google Pixel 6 Pro. It might be a bit old, but still strong.

Around the bug

After I login in (and you will be able to see the bug on the video attached to this article) is a big graphic as a circle that doesn't even have a proper usage when having a single account opened with them.

A graph should show a comparison of multiple groups of data when this graph is showing that my account is always full (100%) with the single amount I have in it.

About the bug

When visiting the dashboard page, this graphic circle representation is reducing in size until it disappears, resetting to the initial size and repeating to infinite disturbing the eyes and the use of the page.
I filmed my phone with another phone to show you the problem.

You will see some blurred areas because I had to exclude some personal information for security reasons.

While filming the application, I also refreshed the page and even went to different pages and returned to the page with the bug to show that the behaviour was persisting/repeating.

I see no reason to see more than half of the screen with a big graph that has no purpose of showing how my money are spread between different account if I only have one account, and I didn't expect for an application of a company that is taking money security very in serious (at least this is what I hope) to have missed a bug that could have been very obvious if the application was properly tested by the QA team by using an application like BrowserStack.

I also did a check on the second phone that I have, a Sony Experia XA2 Ultra and the bug does not exist on it so it seems to be a isolated case the fact that I see it on my Pixel 6 Pro. More testing that will include more devices is needed.
But because this is happening on my main phone, I was disturbed by this bug so I felt the need to write this article.
I enjoy writing about bugs that I find on big companies websites to prove that even on big houses bugs can go live.
